Konrad Chan joined the team at Medicine Shoppe Sunridge in January 2017. He is passionate about patient care and is proud to have served the northeast Calgary community for more than 20 years. Konrad graduated in 2002 from the Faculty of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences at the University of Alberta.
He is committed to providing the highest level of care and continually advancing his practice. He completed the University of Alberta’s Anticoagulation Management Course in 2007, obtained his Injection Certification in 2012, and earned both his Additional Prescribing Authorization and Certified Diabetes Educator designation in 2016.
Konrad values compassion, hard work, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of his patients. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, biking, skiing, and volunteering within his faith community.

Gwen has been part of the Medicine Shoppe family since 1999. She trained and registered as a pharmacy technician in 2016 and now serves as Assistant Manager. Known for her warm, welcoming approach, Gwen enjoys connecting with people and creating a positive experience for every patient. She is also a Certified Compression Stocking Fitter, and our resident third party insurance "expert". She spends her workdays finding solutions for patients and colleagues, fueled by a determination to arrive at the best possible outcome in every situation. Outside of work, Gwen loves spending time with her friends and family, singing, and serving in her church community.
